Disembodied? Identity Construction in a Constructed World

I recently wrote a text for the catalogue of the exhibition The Body in Women’s Art Now, Part 3 – Recreation, curated by Philippa Found, and featuring the work of artists Gazira Babeli, Helen Carmel Benigson, Anne-Marie Schleiner and Miri Segal. The show has been on view at the New Hall Art Collection in Cambridge up to January 6, and will travel soon to Rollo Contemporary Art in London (January 20 – March 2, 2012).
